Dear Faculty and Staff Members,
This issue of Gender Equality Issue focuses on “stalking and harassment in intimate relationships,” exploring the topic from the perspectives of legal systems, practical cases, evidence collection difficulties, psychological support, and campus prevention. Through this issue, we hope to help faculty, staff, and students understand the forms of stalking and harassment, learn how to preserve evidence and seek help, and provide support with empathy and concrete action when someone around them encounters a similar situation. A gender-equal campus needs institutional mechanisms, and it also needs every person to believe victims, respect boundaries, and work together to create an environment where people can seek help with peace of mind.
