MCU Gender Equality Issue No. 11

In issue by ounaihwa

Dear Faculty and Staff Members,

This issue of Gender Equality Issue focuses on “From Law to Practice: Campus Observations and Institutional Deepening Two Years after the Amendments to the Three Gender Equality Laws.” It explores institutional changes after the amendments, barriers to campus complaints, procedural pressure, and support systems. Through this issue, we hope to help all faculty, staff, and students better understand the significance of the amended Three Gender Equality Laws. We also invite the campus community to consider how the system can become more friendly, more accessible, and more capable of supporting every person in need. The practice of gender equality lies not only in the improvement of legal provisions, but also in whether the campus community is willing to make safety a part of everyone’s daily life through respect, empathy, and action.
